All sales are Credit Card
(Visa, Master, AMEX and Discover), PayPal and Cashier's Check or Money
Order. If legal proceedings are instituted hereunder, the prevailing party
shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred
therein. All sales are considered final and complete after 30 days from
date of invoice. No returns for refund will be accepted after 30 days-

outside of United States and having problems using your credit card,

Sales Tax
All orders
shipped within the State of California will be charged sales tax of 8.25%.
Shipment
All shipments
will be made F.O.B. Los Angeles, California. We choose the carrier via UPS
and United States Postal Service.
Delivery
Shipping dates
are approximate. If conditions arise which prevent compliance of delivery
schedules, IGg Factory shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for
delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay, and such
delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation. Without limiting the
generality of the foregoing, IGg Factory shall not be liable for delay by
reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, to
obtain the necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities, or for
delay due to the elements, acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, acts of
nonperformance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities,
priorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot,
strikes, differences with workmen, accidents due to machinery, delays in
transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of IGg Factory
whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates
shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay.
Liability
IGg Factory
does not warrant that any product will meet the customer's requirements,
or that the operation or use of any product will be uninterrupted or
error-free. Except for personal injuries, customer's damages will be
limited to return of the purchase price even if IGg Factory has been
advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim against
customer by another party. IGg Factory is not liable for any misuse of,
damages and/or injuries caused by any products sold in our store.
Product Handling
Any
unauthorized adjustment, modification or alteration to product purchase
through IGg Factory will NOT be accepted for replacement. Any product
which has been damaged due to obvious improper packaging or handling will
be returned to the customer with no CREDIT or REPAIR/REPLACEMENT GIVEN and
the remaining warranty period will be VOID. |
